The story:

Superstar singer Omawumi has an interview. The interview was going well for about 15 minutes, until the interviewer asked her about an alleged smoking and drinking habit and how it affects her image as a role model, Omawumi asked the host if she has personally witnessed such, before addressing it then walking off the interview set.

Omawumi asked

Have you seen me smoking before?

Zinniareplies: No.

So why would you say that? Now you see me as an artiste. I am contributing what I can. I make music the way that I should. And I come here I honor your invitation. And you’re supposed to mean me well.

Do you mean me well?

Zinnia: Of course I do.

So why would you say something that you’re not sure about?

, Even if omawunmi drinks and smokes, what kind of question is “How do you keep your drinking and smoking away from your kids”? If she was a man, the question wouldn’t even come up, all these double standards.. sheeshh!! In my opinion, i think she did the right thing, i would have walked out too, you cannot taint my character or my ability as a mother. The Interviewer lady was just not right, kept focusing on the bad aspects, was probably gonna ask her at the end of the interview if she was “Edible Catering”. Hiss

No let’s not celebrate mediocrity. Omawunmi could have handled the question professionally. The truth is she didn’t. She took it too personal and accused the interviewer of not having her interest at heart! Never heard such rubbish. Naija celebrities are mostly a bunch of uneducated and unexposed ‘illiterates’ with equally unexposed PR teams! True what they say after all…..money can’t buy class.

she was probably gonna as her if she was “Edible Arrangement” What kind of question is “How do you keep your smoking and drinking for your kids”? and you expect her to answer, you want to taint her character and her ability as a mother, that just foul. If she was a MAN, this question wouldn’t even come up. Nigerians and Double standards sheesshh!!! GOOD JOB!!! OMWAWUNMI!!! HAHAHA “..and you will publish it oh” she doesnt care what yall think or say.

The story

A Pediatrician based in Abuja , Mr Chibuzor Eze has threatened to divorce his wife of so many years for her addiction to popular foreign soap operas, Telemundo and Zeeworld .
"I will divorce my wife if she doesn’t stop with this Zeeworld and Telemundo obsession, ” Eze told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Abuja.
Eze, who works with one of the government hospitals in Abuja, said he had informed his wife, Dorothy a week ago that her obsession to the popular soaps was interfering with her marital life.
"I told her last week that I was fed up with how her obsession with these channels was making her to neglect her duty as a wife and mother.
"Yet she keeps watching these shows when she’s supposed to be partaking in more important things like taking care of the children and cooking reasonable food for us,” Eze said.
The pediatrician said he had to buy food from restaurants four times last week, as his wife had either forgotten to prepare food for the family or burnt the food she was preparing because she was watching Zeeworld and Telemundo.
"Tell me, is this not enough to sue for divorce.
"As a doctor, I have a very hectic job and should come home to a tasty hot meal.
"I have purchased foods from restaurants four times in the last week, because I came home to an empty pot or burnt food and this is unacceptable.’ ’ he said.

"If these careless acts continue, I will be forced to leave her, because I won’t appreciate coming home to a burnt down house one day .’’

I know a woman who was addicted to that crap. She did nothing, except to watch the yeye Telemundo all day! The husband had to cut off the subscription and threatened to send her packing, before she stopped.
I'm not against watching Telemundo, guys watch football. But when it turns to obsession, then it's unhealthy.
